We know how excited you will be about receiving your Lawn Bowls Gear, with that in mind, we generally process all orders by the end of day and ship first thing the next morning. Our standard is to ship no later than 2-3 business days and our stock can be delivered anywhere in Australia and around the world from our Gold Coast, Queensland location.

    • Free Shipping (New Lawn Bowls - excludes 2nd Hand Bowls).
    • $4.99  Discounted Flate Rate (Footwear, Apparel). 
    • $9 Flate Rate (Small items, Accessories (including headwear) & Small Bags). 
    • Bulky Goods:- such as Bowls Bags, 2nd Hand Lawn Bowls & other large items are charged from $9-$35 depending on size.
    • In-store collection available
    • NZ orders:- Rates quoted at checkout and range from $30 for small items to $80 for Bulky Goods & Lawn Bowls. PLEASE NOTE YOU MAY INCUR LOCAL IMPORT CHARGES THAT YOU WILL NEED TO PAY.
    • Rest of World:- Rates are quoted at checkout.  PLEASE NOTE YOU MAY INCUR LOCAL IMPORT CHARGES THAT YOU WILL NEED TO PAY.
    • Delivery time frames are set by freight companies and they depend on your location.
    • We also use Australia Post services (EMS) to ship to our international customers. All international orders require signature on delivery.

    SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

    Please note, Freight Companies follow their own set policies when it comes to deliveries. We are unfortunately unable to influence factors such as the times of delivery, the location they leave the parcel or whether they choose to return the parcel for post office/depot pickup instead.


    RETURNS POLICY

    Bowls City Gold Coast aims to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, we understand that some items aren't always suitable and need to be returned.

    1. We accept new, unopened, damage-free items with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
    2. The shipping cost charged by us is non-refundable except for the instance where it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
    3. We do not except change of mind returns for any lawn bowls & bowling arms.

      Please note: It's very important that we get the items back that need to be refunded within the set timeframe as Paypal (the company that processes payments) has a set timeframe for refunding sales. Once this timeframe has passed, Paypal no longer offers refunds to sales including the transaction fees they charge us.


      RETURNS PROCESSES

      Follow the steps below if you need to return an item:

      1. Please send us an email with the order details and the item you'll be returning to notify us of your return prior to posting it.
      2. Please return the item(s) to the postal address listed on our contact us page. 
      3. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
      4. We process refunds as soon as the product arrives per the conditions listed above, refunds usually appear in customer accounts within 24hrs however Paypal terms stipulate a 3 - 5 business day time frame.


      EXCHANGES


      Existing transactions can be refunded but not modified, so exchanges need to be done in a separate transaction. This ensures you receive your replacement quicker and avoids the risk of the replacement selling out as our collections mostly consist of unique "one off" items.

      If you'd like to change the size/style of an item you've purchased, simply order the replacement separately and let us know that you will be returning your previous order, send us back the original item with all tags etc attached and we'll refund it immediately.

      CLEARANCE ITEMS

      As we are an online retailer where you can't try things on first we do offer a refund or exchange if an item doesn't fit. We just ask that clearance items are returned immediately.
